Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or email. You will receive confirmation upon successful booking.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% charge of the booked treatment.
Arrival Times
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time with full treatment price applied.
Health and Safety
It is essential to inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy prior to treatment. Some treatments may require a patch test 24 hours before your appointment.
Payments
We accept cash, credit/debit card payments, and online transfers. All payments must be made at the time of service.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment in cases of inappropriate behaviour or if we deem a treatment unsuitable due to health and safety concerns.
Liability Éabha Beauty & Holistic Therapies is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
