My Home & Inspiration
My name is Éabha Ní Fhlaithearta, and I’m lucky to live in the beautiful coastal village of An Spidéal, in South Connemara. Just a short walk from my door are the shores of Galway Bay and the Wild Atlantic Way – places that have always brought me peace, strength, and inspiration.
Growing up here, I was surrounded by the powerful contrasts of nature – the calm waters and the wild ocean, the soft boglands and the rugged shoreline. These landscapes have always helped me feel grounded and at ease. They’ve shaped not just how I live, but how I work and connect with others.
My name, Éabha, comes from the Irish word meaning “to live” or “to breathe.” That feels very true to who I am – someone deeply connected to the natural world, always guided by its energy and rhythm.
My Path and Passion
As I grew older, I followed my natural curiosity and energy into the world of healing. I became a Reiki Master, drawn to the way energy flows through people and how it can be used to heal, support, and restore.
I’ve always had a strong intuition, and over time I learned how to read and understand people’s energy. This has become a gift I now use every day – to help others feel seen, supported, and balanced in their lives.
At Éabha Beauty and Holistic Therapies, I bring together two things I love beauty treatments and energy healing. While I enjoy all aspects of my work, Reiki is where I feel most connected and where my heart truly lies. Every treatment I offer is infused with intention, care, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey.
